Our team were scoping available Search Management software as part of a full systems review and received a great demo from the team at Sarstuff.

It has improved how we manage a incident and given us better oversight of scenarios, search areas, incident logs and record keeping. We have been using SARStuff's TeamSite and SARsys CAD system for several months. During this time, it has not only changed the way the group operates but how we send out information and updates to our members, be it to deploy them to support events or a major incident.

The web app has also made it easier for our members to communicate with the Duty Controller and keep their location and status during an event or deployment updated, with the additional benefit of reducing radio traffic during deployments, allowing for quicker and easier responses from our members. DC4x4R often operate in fast-changing situations, and so this flow of communication is vital to the operation of the group.

Training members in the use of the systems is very easy with positive feedback from members, saying how easy the system is to use.
